That's great news. Did she change any of your medication?
Made for people who read conversations
Live, speaker-labeled captions
Words appear about half a second after they’re spoken, grouped by speaker. A gentle vibration tells you when someone else starts talking.
Big, calm, readable
Only the line being spoken is large and bold. Choose from five text sizes and five reading speeds. Designed with older adults and low vision in mind.
Name the speakers
Change “Speaker 2” to “Lily” mid-conversation, and every line updates. Save frequent chat partners for one-tap naming.
Saved automatically
When you press Stop, the full transcript is kept with times and names, ready to read again or share.
Key points, on device
Ask for a short summary of any saved conversation. It’s written on your iPhone by an on-device AI model — nothing is sent to a server.
Private by design
Audio is never recorded. Listening, captions, speaker detection and summaries all happen on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no tracking — just anonymous install counts you can switch off.
Three steps
1 · Set up once
A one-time download (about 800 MB) lets Clarity understand speech without the internet. The summary model (about 530 MB) follows in the background. Use Wi-Fi if you can.
2 · Press Start
Put your iPhone where it can hear the conversation. Clarity keeps listening until you press Stop.
3 · Read along
Follow the large live line. Scroll up anytime — tap “Back to live” to catch up.
Clarity’s live-caption engine is built on the open-source EchoAssist project and openly licensed AI models from NVIDIA and Alibaba Cloud — see credits and licenses.
Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Live captions currently support English; more languages are coming.
