Welcome to ArtMento. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArtMento mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ArtMento.
ArtMento is a platform designed to help users learn and practice visual art through:

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtMento. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate and current.

ArtMento may generate reference images or other content using artificial intelligence systems. You acknowledge that:

ArtMento includes an AI mentor chatbot that provides information and guidance related to art and creative practice. The AI mentor:

Users may also delete their accounts at any time. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion (see Section 12). Termination may result in removal of stored content.
Free Trial
ArtMento may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current subscription price. Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user. If you have previously redeemed a free trial, you will not be eligible for another free trial and will be charged immediately upon subscribing.
Subscription Plans
ArtMento offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features and a monthly allotment of credits. Subscription details, including current pricing and included features, are available within the app.
How to Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges but will not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Credit Packs
ArtMento offers one-time credit pack purchases that add credits to your account balance. Credit packs are consumable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Credits
Credits are used to access certain AI-powered features within the app, such as generating reference images, refining compositions, and uploading artwork for critique. Credits are granted through subscription plans, credit pack purchases, or promotional offers. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund policies of Apple or Google. ArtMento does not process refunds directly.
Price Changes
ArtMento reserves the right to change subscription or credit pack pricing at any time. Any price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing period. You will be notified of price changes in advance through the applicable app store.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ArtMento makes no guarantees regarding:
